"PIWAKAWAKA," a piece sculpted from authentic, naturally textured Totara, draws inspiration from the iconic fantail's tail feather. The raw beauty of the wood, with its unique imperfections and tactile surface, celebrates the essence of its natural state. This artwork offers a direct connection to the spirit of the Pīwakawaka and the rich, organic beauty found in the landscapes of Aotearoa.
Finished in Danish Oil. Black Rope. Reclaimed Totara.
DIMENSIONS: 600 x 260mm+ Rope.
